Hi! I’m back – And I’m Here To Stay

“All great changes are preceded by chaos.” – Deepak Chopra

Hello lovelies!

I know I have not written much on my blog this year! I’ve truly missed blogging and I want you to know that I have not abandoned my blog and my loyal readers. I have been doing a LOT of writing on other platforms and mediums. But here is where it all started.

2021 has been a year of many changes. A lot has happened this year and I’m not even sure where to start from. I will say that despite the chaos, I believe I am living in my year of alignment. I recently got braces and I think this experience actually highlights the reality of my life. There is a lot of pressure, a lot of movement, pain, irritation but, overall joy when I see the alignment. I will share the great things I’ve been working on soon. In the meantime, I want to share some nuggets of wisdom I’ve picked up this year.

1. The Hardest Thing Is Starting: Things look impossible until you start. I started pitching to various companies. I started working on my goal. I started the journey to getting braces. It all seemed impossible until I started.

2. Write Down Everything: Every day this year, I start my day with a list of to-dos. I have my eyes on my goals and I know there’s a lot of power in written words.

3. Pray Always: The dreams God has given me are so extravagant that sometimes I shudder in awe. I pray a lot because I know I need guidance daily to execute these dreams.

4. Don’t Give Up: No matter how weary you get, don’t give up. You may get weary, you may get faint. Take a breathe. Rest. But, never give up.

I hope you found this blog insightful. What are some lessons you’re learning in your current season? Please leave your comments below. Thanks for reading beauties! Until next time, you can keep up with me on Instagram @itsdeborahqueen.

  1. This is truly inspiring, you know most times I feel our values & experiences aligns. Sometimes when we look back we just have every reason to be grateful to God for our present. I think our biggest limitation as humans is the inability to keep going even when it gets tough. Chaos(adversaries) is part of the system to be greater, so giving up is definitely not an option when we have God.
Thank you so much Deb for this 🙏. “Keep your face always toward the sunshine and shadows will fall behind you”.
